Get in touch
We reply within 2 to 3 working days. Write in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.
To help us sort it out quickly, tell us:
- Which phone you use, and which version of its operating system.
- The app version. You will find it at the very bottom of the Profile screen (for example v.1.0.0).
- Whether you use the app with an email account, with Apple, with Google, or with no account at all.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot.
You can also write to us from inside the app, under Profile → Your feedback matters. It reaches the same inbox.
Frequently asked questions
I started without an account. Do I lose my shifts if I sign up later?
No. When you create an email account, the app copies what was on your phone into your new account. It is a copy, not a move: whatever was on the device stays there too.
Keep in mind that without an account your shifts live on that phone only. If you lose it, or uninstall the app without a backup, there is no way to get them back — we hold no copy on our servers. That is why it is worth turning on backups under Profile → Backups.
The password reset email never arrives
Check your spam folder first. If it is still not there, the most likely reason is that the account was created with Google: in that case there is no password to reset, because you sign in through your Google account. Try the Continue with Google button instead.
If you are certain you created it with an email address and a password, write to us.
I am changing phones, or I want it on a second device
Sign in with the same account on the new phone and your shifts will show up on their own: same account, same data.
If you were using the app without an account, create one on the old phone first so your data gets uploaded, or make a backup and restore it on the new one.
How do work groups work?
Whoever creates the group gets a code. Everyone else joins with that code from Groups. From then on you can all see who is working each day without having to ask each other.
To swap a shift, you request it from the calendar and your teammate accepts or declines. Once accepted, both schedules update on their own. Groups need an email account: without one there is no way for your data to reach anybody else.
Public holidays are not showing up
Public holidays depend on the country, so you have to pick yours: Profile → Country. While it says "— Select —" none are shown.
If you also want the holidays for your region or state, pick it just below. Without a region only national holidays appear. An internet connection is needed the first time the holidays for each year are downloaded.
Backups: how to save and how to restore
Under Profile → Backups you can create a backup by hand, turn on automatic ones, and restore an earlier backup.
Restoring replaces what you have now with whatever was in the backup. If you are not sure, make a backup of the current state first.
I want to delete my account and all my data
At the very bottom of Profile. With an email account, "Delete account" removes your shifts, shift types, patterns and profile from our servers, and takes you out of any groups you were in. Without an account, "Delete all my data" wipes what is stored on the device.
In both cases the action is permanent and cannot be undone. The details are in the privacy policy.
I found a bug, or I would like to request a feature
Write to us. We read every feature request, even if we cannot promise timelines.
